officially, that is. In my mind, it's been off for a while. That means "officially" i can start running again. Slowly. When I mentioned (sotto voce) that I happened to take a run earlier in the day, Dr. Gorgeous told me to keep the boot handy and that he'll be seeing me again.
I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. . .
